Project: New Build Groundworks
Location: Pennal, Gwynedd, Wales

We were asked by Jones & Jones Builders to complete the Groundworks on this new build project in Pennal.  We would be involved with this project at numerous stages from site clearance to landscaping.

We first cleared the site of vegetation. Striped and stockpiled the topsoil for use later in the project, the next step was to level the site and dig out the foundations.

Then we assisted the builders with the getting up to slab level and creating room for the crane to lift in the timber frame, we then left site and left the builders to get the structure up.

We were back on site to install underground services to the property and install the storm water crate system, lastly we landscaped the garden and driveway.
